Although I endeavour to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly.
At this stage framing is unavailable but we are looking at having framing options in the near future. If you want any framing advice for these artworks please feel free to contact me on email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you want any flat paper works framed we can organise it to be float mounted in a Tasmanian Oak frame with UV glazing. This will mean a longer lead time and the work will need to be couriered to you which will incur further costs. If this is something you are interested in please feel free to contact me on email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss specifics.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2—3 business days of order placement, and normally take 2—5 business days for delivery thereafter. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please email us if you require tracking details.
Flat paper works will be rolled and shipped in mailing tubes unless arrangements for framing have been made via email.
All orders include free shipping Australia-wide. International orders will incur an additional shipping fee. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and will typically be shipped within 3—5 business days. Please allow between 7—10 business days for deliveries within Australia. All local orders are sent Australia Post regular parcel post and include tracking.
Orders sent outside Australia are shipped using Australia Post Air Mail, typically taking 3-10 business days from the shipped date. Visit the Australia Post website to ascertain timing to your country. Items that are non-trackable are not the responsibility of Studio Bonwick and will not be accountable for lost items. The international shipping charge will be calculated and added to your purchase price in your cart.
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
The shop uses PayPal for all payment services. All payments are taken in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and any international purchases will be calculated by PayPal and charged accordingly. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
PayPal is the most secure way of shopping online. When you purchase using PayPal, a buyer’s information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.
Orders & Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your work. Refunds will only be applicable where we deem there to be a breach of the terms set out herein. Refunds will be given strictly at our discretion.
Our site is secure. We respect your privacy and we will not share or sell any customer information for any reason at any time. If you are in need of a refund we will refer back to your credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
